Refund Eligibility

Our platform is fully integrated with major carriers via API. All approved transactions are processed and submitted to the carrier within 5 minutes.

If a payment fails due to an error on our end — such as an incorrect phone number submission or invalid scheduling — a full refund is automatically initiated.

Non-Refundable Payments

Please note: All payments made for prepaid phone services are final once submitted to the carrier. No refunds can be issued once the transaction is successfully completed and forwarded.

Disputes & Contact Window

If you believe your card has not been charged or have concerns about your transaction, contact us immediately. Refund requests must be submitted within 10 minutes of payment — and only if the payment has not yet been submitted to the carrier.

Once the price is posted to your carrier, no refunds can be processed.
